John constantly answers with quotes from Shakespeare. How would reading The Complete Works of Shakespeare affect his thinking and how he lives his life?
John reading The Complete Works of Shakespear affects his thinking and how he lives his life because John believes that the world is a good place and the people in it are good. In relation to Shakespears play Romeo and Juilet, where Romeo is not supposed to fall in love with Juilet but he does anyways, John begins to fall in love with Lenina when they are still on the Savage Reservation. Although he is not supposed to, John realizes that he might have feelings for her.
When John read The Complete Works of Shakespear he shaped how the world should be in his innocent minds. When he would read these plays he would think that this is how the would is, when it is actually completely diffrent in their would society. He does not know people in their society do not fall in love which is why leniena dosent understand him whe he says he loves her. Reading The Complete Works of Shakespear Shaped his mind into beliveing the world is somthening that it is not.
His readings would proboley cause him to think in an idealsit way. also he would think in the ways of shakespears times, he would feel strong to shiverly and in honer and in monogamy.
Reading shakespeare would cause John to think more "outside the box" about issues and life in the Brave New World. His ideas and view points were affected by shakespeares writing because he used words, phrases and ideals that John has never been in contact with before. It makes him understand that the Brave New World is not like the everyday society present in the past centries.
This being the only work that he has mainly read his whole life has obviously had a huge impact on his thought process of how people of the world should be, as a resault when he meets the people of the new world and has the conversation with the "ruler" of the world his beilefs and the intelligances in the words of shakespears play make him feel as if he should stand up ofr what he beileves is right which is faith, religon and freedom which is exactly what they new world exiled from there world. shakespears words showed him how the world should be it was the only "school book" john could learn from in his childhood.
Reading shakesphere makes john want something more than just dating around. He wants something more because he reads shakesphere and it makes him feel something real and he wants to be able to have a relationship like romeo and juliet. He wants to live his life more like the characters in shakespheres writings. Jane F

It would make things more passionate becuase shakesphere uses words that makees him feel things for other people such as love. It also would make him more intelligent because shakesphere uses big words.
It makes him think that everything in this world has to deal with shakesphere. Also like Adrianne said it did open his mind more because Shakesphere is all about emotion and passion.
